Welcome To The Empowered Woman's
Your vagina can feel responsive and finally free of pain, so alive that you ache for intimacy and remember how incredible it feels to truly love your pussy.
In this healing vaginal pain course, we say goodbye to pain, and hello to vibrant sex and self-touch you actually look forward to.
Some days, it’s hard to know where to even begin.
Your mind circles the same questions again and again…
Do I need a doctor, a therapist or both?
Why does my body tense when all I want is to be close?
Will my fear of intimacy ever let me receive the love and touch I crave?
Why can't I seem to relax, no matter how much I want to?
Why does my vagina tighten up even when I feel aroused?
Why does lube not seem to make a difference?
Am I ever going to be able to enjoy sex without worrying about pain?
Hi! I'm
Natasha
If you’re here, sex hasn’t felt the way you know it could.
You know your body is capable of way more, the kind of intimacy where you sink in and actually enjoy every second.
You want to feel wildly pleasurable and thrilling sexual experiences that leave you nourished and fully alive.
But instead of melting into connection, your body pulls back in pain, even as your heart aches for closeness.
I understand that longing because I’ve been there too. I know what it’s like to feel cut off from my own body, to want tenderness more than anything, and still feeling trapped inside the tension.
I also know that pain is not the end of your story. It’s an important message from your body asking you to tune in and really listen, and to find a new way forward.
This course is designed to guide you step by step into a space where your body feels safe enough to welcome pleasure again.
Inside, you’ll learn how to rebuild connection with yourself and your partner in a way that feels oh-so-satisfying.
I’ve come to understand that vaginal pain is what happens when a woman’s body has been asked, again and again, to tolerate what her truth couldn’t.
Self-abandonment is the way you learn to ignore the pulse of discomfort that says this isn’t right.
When your words don’t set the boundary, your body does.
Pain is your body saying what you’ve been taught to swallow. Pain is the final, physical form of honesty when your voice has gone quiet.
The point of this work is to help you live fully inside your body again, and to know the wisdom that's there underneath it all.
When emotion and pleasure can move freely, they won’t build up as tension or accumulate into pain.
Nothing gets stuck long enough to harden into discomfort, and your body becomes fully alive and responsive again.
I’ve poured years into learning the language of the female body and how it responds to pleasure, in order to heal my own vaginal pain. I sought out my own path to healing and pain-free sex, when no other solution offered by doctors or therapists would help.
What I share in this course is the wisdom I’ve lived and refined so other women don’t have to walk this road alone.
This course is co-taught by Courtney Davis, founder of The Empowered Woman platform and the original Viva La Vagina™ membership.
She has guided thousands of women all over the world to reclaim their sensuality and embrace the truth of their bodies.
01 Safety Really Is Sexy
When you experience vaginal pain, your body is being protective. When your nervous system feels held and safe, your tissue and muscles soften and pleasure has room to arrive.
02 After-Care is Everything
Intimacy can be compared to tending a fire. It needs gentle attention afterward to keep the warmth alive without burning out. The rituals you use post-sex can make all the difference to helping your vagina feel at ease.
03 Your Pussy Has a Voice
Uncomfortable sensations are your body’s way of speaking to you. Once you learn to listen, you’ll realize she’s been guiding you toward what she needs all along.
04 Pleasure Can Be Healing
Sometimes the most powerful medicine is found in gentle movement or simple touch that feels good. Pleasure helps your body remember she can open and be full of vitality again.
05 Everyday Choices Matter
The foods you eat, the products you use, even the panties you wear, they all shape how your body feels. Small, thoughtful shifts in daily life can bring surprising relief to pain and set the stage for deeper healing.
07 Your Body Knows the Way
No quick fix and no late-night Google search has the answer your body already carries. Healing begins when you slow down enough to listen and let your body lead you back into pleasure.
06 Healing is Relational
Your body responds to emotional safety, and connection. Inviting your partner into this journey can turn pain into an opportunity for discovering deeper intimacy.
08 Wholeness Is the Real Goal
Vaginal pain often signals a mind–body mismatch. Wholeness restores that alignment so you can feel what’s happening and remain connected to yourself.
Healing vaginal pain opens the door to relief, but that is only the beginning.
Most women who experience excruciating pain like vulvodynia, vaginismus, or the kind that makes them dread intimacy often feel inadequate in their relationships because they can’t have sex. Others bite through the pain, believing they still need to perform and please. Beneath it all lies a deep, conditioned belief that it’s their role. Their duty.
When they go looking for help, they often believe their pain is something to fix so they can be more desirable and more pleasing to someone else. But the journey to healing vaginal pain begins when a woman finally decides to take this path for herself, and for her own pleasure.
It’s very possible you don’t even know what true pleasure is outside of an orgasm. It’s not hard to achieve an orgasm while experiencing pain, but it is hard to relax enough to actually feel pleasure.
Before you can meet your pleasure, you must meet your pain. You must meet all the layers that protect you and learn what your pain is communicating to you.
To feel truly life changing, toe-curling orgasms, you must feel through the mud and the muck that keeps you from wild & passionate expansive pleasure that nourishes every part of your being and allows your body to finally, mercifully, relax.

I will help you to finally take a deep exhale. I will guide you into embodying a soft, lubricated, receptive pussy, one that is not tense or bracing for impact. I want you to be open to love, and not feel that pleasure is a duty.
If you experience vaginal pain, your body is protecting you. And when you finally stop fighting her and begin listening, she will show you exactly how to come home.
Here is a sneak peek of what you can expect during and after taking this course:
Stop faking it, fawning, and pleasing your way through intimacy, and finally begin to feel what’s true for your body.
Learn that your body is protecting you, inviting you to slow down and return to your own rhythm and pace.
Let go of the patterns that keep you from relaxing into lovemaking, so your body can finally feel safe being touched.
Meet every ache and every unmet longing with love, and learn to hear the wisdom in your pain.
Know that your wants and needs matter and you can ask for what you want and have it welcomed, honored, and met.
To begin reconnecting to your sex, to remember what sex even is, and to explore what it means to you.
Release the exhaustion of being the “good girl” while raging on the inside, and allow yourself to feel the fullness of your truth.
Rest in the deep knowing that you were put on this earth to live fully, to feel deeply, and to love endlessly.
This is just a glimpse of what unfolds when a woman finally begins to choose herself.
You’ll learn to listen to the deep intelligence of your body that has always known how to guide you back to softness & love.
Finally return to your truth, your power, and come home to the woman you were always meant to be.
Something was missing in my life. After speaking with Natasha at length about the bodywork she does, I decided to try a session. I was pretty nervous about this work. For me, it is very hard to communicate my needs. Natasha creates an incredibly safe space for exploration and vulnerability. The work that I have done with Natasha has brought an element to my life that was missing. Natasha is incredible at her craft. I will be forever grateful for this work

“Natasha truly has a gift like no other. I’ve worked with many mentors, spiritual teachers and experts in different fields over the years, always working towards a better me. Natasha is the first person who has really helped me in being able to take myself from mind to body. With embodiment being something I knew I had to work on for years but didn’t really know how, she has made it easy for me to make this second nature now and it has been life changing. Natasha carries great wisdom and is one of the safest spaces I’ve ever felt before. This has allowed me to be the most vulnerable I’ve ever been without judgement, shame or dis-ease in my body. She is nurturing, understanding and meets you where you are at with no pressure. She has a way of asking you questions and providing guidance to work from within the body and help you unlock things within yourself that you may not be able to bring to light on your own. I highly recommend working with Natasha if you feel the call. A BIG call or even those tiny nudges, listen to them. You won’t regret it. What she has to share in her medicine is priceless.”

“Once the massage started, I was really enjoying the sensation in my body and was able to relax. Then certain movements started to bring up deep feelings of sadness within me. I could feel my heart constricting and my tears started to flow. Natasha created a safe space for me to have this release, and she taught my husband how to be a container for my emotions. She guided me to speak up for what I needed in the moment, and I felt so supported and loved. The energy built into my throat and face, and although it was very uncomfortable, she again was able to create a safe place for me to witness what was happening in my body and to honor myself. I know that this session was difficult, but I also know how much healing came through as a result of me being able to be present and really honor my feelings, body, sensations, and inner child. I am so grateful for Natasha’s wisdom and how deeply she listens and can speak such truth for what I am experiencing.”

"Courtney is the most attentive, skillful, and qualified woman I know to speak on this subject and offer a course like this. Her knowledge about men, relating, sex, trauma, the body, and how it all weaves together is peerless.
Countless times I have experienced her skillful, dynamic presence and transmission of practical wisdom as profound, subtle, consistent, and impossible to fake... sharing precise and immediately transformative embodied knowledge without any weird authoritative vibes whatsoever.
The only way to reproduce this sort of mastery would be to do the enormous amount of cultivation, exploration and discovery that leads a person to such capacity and sensitivity. I wholeheartedly recommend this course and probably anything else Courtney will ever make."
Rob K., Embodiment Practitioner, Berlin
“Working with Natasha, I became very aware that this wonderful woman is in her element. It felt so absolutely natural, calm, and in the flow of what we needed as a couple. To be able to open up a space that has felt quite shut for awhile was incredibly divine, and just what we needed. Natasha brings her soul’s energy to the table with a pearl of divine wisdom that we all seek and know but too often forget.”

Answers to Your Most Common Questions
Do I need to see a doctor before starting this course?
Not unless you have a current medical issue that needs attention. If you’re experiencing chronic vaginal pain, vaginal discharge, or symptoms of a bacterial infection, yeast infection, or sexually transmitted infection, it’s important to get a physical exam first. This course is safe on its own and can also complement medical care if you’re already working with a doctor or pelvic floor therapist.
Is this course safe after childbirth, surgery, or menopause?
Yes. The practices are gentle and can be adapted no matter where you are at. Women healing after childbirth, pelvic surgery, or hormonal changes such as menopause can safely participate. These practices can also help ease vaginal dryness, vaginal atrophy, and tightness related to reduced vaginal lubrication.
What if my pain comes from vaginismus, dryness, or trauma. Will this still help me?
Yes. The course addresses vaginal pain, vaginal discomfort, and painful intercourse in all their forms by teaching you how to create safety and rebuild intimacy with your body. Whether your pain stems from tension in the vaginal muscles or nerve pain, the practices guide you in releasing the underlying cause rather than only managing symptoms.
I’ve had painful sex for years… can things really change for me?
They can. Your body, and your pelvic floor muscles are designed to adapt and relearn. Many women who struggled with painful sex or chronic genital pain for years have found relief and even new forms of sexual arousal and pleasure through these practices.
Will I need any special tools or props to do the practices?
Most practices only require your body. Some do encourage the use of tools like yoni eggs, pleasure wands, or lubricants to support vaginal lubrication and relieve pain during self-touch or sexual intercourse. These are optional, and we guide you on how to use them safely if you choose.
How private is this? Will anyone know I’m enrolled?
It’s completely private. Your enrollment is confidential, and only you have access to your course materials.
Do I need a partner to benefit from this course?
No. Everything can be done solo. If you are sexually active or have a partner, there are optional practices they can join, but they aren’t necessary for your healing. These lessons also help improve comfort and pleasure during partnered sexual intercourse.
How long until I start noticing changes in my body?
Some women notice shifts right away. For others, changes happen gradually. What is important is to be consistent and to be open to and engage in the practices.
I’ve already tried pelvic floor therapy, how is this different?
Pelvic floor therapy focuses on the physical muscles. This course includes the physical, but also works with emotional and sensual layers that therapy often misses.
Is there an age limit? Am I too old to heal vaginal pain?
There’s no age limit. Women of every age can heal and enjoy pleasure.
How much time each week do I need to commit for results?
Plan for about 1–2 hours a week. Even smaller amounts of consistent practice can create change.
Can this course help with dryness, tightness, or burning sensations?
Yes. These are some of the most common experiences we address throughout the course.
